Holiday Share & Toy Drive
Overview
Our Holiday Share Toy & Drive has brought the magic of the holidays to children and families in North Marin for more than 50 years. This treasured program serves families facing financial hardship during the holidays.
Join us in making holiday magic for over 300 children at our 53rd annual Holiday Share and Toy Drive! This program is made possible by generous community members like you.
Donate
- Gifts from a child’s wish list (check back in early November to see the wishes)
- Gift cards at $25 or $50 values for teens (Target, Ross, Amazon)
- Please note: all gifts should be new, unwrapped, and in their original packaging.
Volunteer
Volunteers are needed. To see opportunities, visit our volunteer page and search for Holiday Share.
We will be collecting gifts at our 680 Wilson Ave. Center on the following days:
- Friday, December 5: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Saturday, December 6: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- Monday, December 8: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Tuesday, December 9: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Wednesday, December 10: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Gift cards can also be mailed to North Marin Community Services, Attn: Holiday Share, 680 Wilson Ave, Novato, CA 94947.
Please bring a completed Holiday Share Donation Form with your donation for an expedited drop off.

We make a difference to hundreds of children every year. For example, one client, a single mom with a four-year-old son on a very limited income sought our help because she simply could not afford a Christmas gift for her son. She was distraught about disappointing him. We immediately enrolled her family in our annual Holiday Share Program, and her little boy received toys as well as a surprise new bike and helmet! The look of pure joy on his face while riding his first bike was priceless. Grateful mom gushed, “My son loves his bike and rides it every day. He is a lot more active now.”
