Overview
Simply put, we wouldn't be able to do all of our work in the community without our volunteers. The first step to becoming an NMCS volunteer is to complete an application.
- Food Pantry: Come once, come twice – no long-term commitment is required! Individuals interested in becoming a Food Pantry volunteer must fill out a short application, and after will receive links to sign up for all available dates. Shifts are available in the morning (8:30 – 10:00), and afternoon (12:30 – 3:30). The morning shift is responsible for unloading and unpacking food deliveries from the SF-Marin Food Bank, and then packaging up an assortment of fresh and packaged food for families. The afternoon shift is responsible for distributing food to participants at our farmer’s market style pantry. The first step in volunteering for the food pantry is to complete a volunteer application. Once the application is completed and approved, you will be able to sign up for our upcoming food pantry dates. Click here to see our Food Pantry in action
- Brunch, Bubbles, and Bocce: Our annual fundraiser event will be held on May 17 at the Margaret Todd Senior Center – please help us make this a successful event by volunteering the gift of your time. Sign up here!
