Holiday Share & Toy Drive

Community Health Holiday Share & Toy Drive

Our Holiday Share Toy & Drive Campaign has brought the magic of the holidays to vulnerable children and families in North Marin for 50 years. This treasured program serves families facing financial hardship during the holidays.

Our 50th annual Holiday Share took place on Saturday, December 17, 2022. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to distribute toys and gifts to 474 youth, making holiday wishes come true for 216 families!

It was a joy to see the children’s excitement and smiles as they met Santa and Mrs. Claus, tried out their new bicycles, and received wished-for toys and stuffed animals. Each family also received a Grocery Outlet gift card for the holiday.

Our hearts are warmed by the 75 donors that brought gifts for all the families and the 70 volunteers that helped us prepare for the event and distribute presents. Thank you!

We are grateful to the businesses and organizations that supported this event, ensuring that children in our community could experience holiday magic with friends and family: Calvary Nursery School, FP Builders Charitable Fund, Life Science Cares, Lions Club, Novato Fire Foundation, Novato Fire Protection District, Novato Unified School District, Presbyterian Church of Novato, Radiant Logic, Redwood Credit Union, Rolling Hills Country Club, Rotary Club of Ignacio, Sangamo Therapeutics, Straus Family Creamery, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Special thanks to: Mr. & Mrs. Claus (Kerry and Steve Bacho).

This event came one week after Heroes and Helpers, where 61 youth were able to purchase holiday gifts for their families with the Novato Police Department and Novato Fire Protection District.

We thank you for lifting up those in need and spreading joy throughout our community!
