Marli Keeley Newbold is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently providing counseling to children and their families, both in Novato Unified schools and at the North Marin Community Services clinic. Marli is passionate about helping families enhance and strengthen their relationships, which inspired her to obtain certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). In addition to providing counseling services, Marli has experience working with children and families in many capacities. She has worked for a parental support hotline and volunteered for multiple mentoring programs which aided individuals from underserved populations, including at-risk adolescents, children in the foster care system, and developmentally disabled youth.
Marli received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute and she holds a B.A. in Sociology and Educational Studies from Colorado College
Christine Hamill is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy services to children, adolescence, and their families through NUSD schools and the North Marin Community Services clinic. Christine is a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) clinician and PCIT intake coordinator. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Dominican University of California. Prior to graduate studies Christine attended San Francisco State University where she obtained a BA in Liberal Studies with a cluster title of Child Development and an emphasis in Sociology. She has experience working with children of elementary and middle school ages both individually and in groups as well as families in the PCIT program. Christine is passionate about PCIT and the benefits it has both in strengthening parent child relationships and treating behavioral concerns.
Chrissy has seen the benefits of strengthening the parent child relationship through her work as a school based counselor, which has led to an interest in expanding her focus as a PCIT counselor.
